2006 – Post-Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice (passed, with distinction), King’s College London.

2007 – Elected Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

2012 – Lane4’s High Performance Leadership Academy (1 week residential programme).

2012/13 – EPSRC sponsored ‘LEADeR programme’ at Loughborough University.
